Of course, we don’t want this bad situation happens to our company. But, before we go further, do you know that bankruptcy is not always identical with loss? Some companies declared their bankruptcy due to they don’t want to continue the business because they’ve seen another big opportunity in other field.

Thus, don’t be shy if someday you should close your business. Some people still continue their business although they get loss for months, or even years, because they are too shy to declare their bankruptcy to their colleagues.

Actually, the only one who knows exactly about your company’s condition, whether it earns money or gets loss each month, is you, so take the best decision for you, your company, and your employees. Don’t listen too much to what people talk.

We hope we have solved the misunderstanding about bankruptcy, but to know further and more details about bankruptcy, you should learn or take any classes. If your business needs much of your time, taking an online bankruptcy course is a good decision. The learning time is flexible, so you can still run your business in day, and learn the courses at night (for example).
